About my approach - I have been a qualified Supervisor since 2023

I have been a qualified Integrative counsellor since 2014 and Accredited with the BACP in 2021. I have a specialism in working with children and young people and a back ground in youth work and creative group delivery. As a Supervisor, I work to empower through collaborative ways of working and by curiously exploring the internal and external influences that can dis-empower. My passion is for enabling someone's voice and sense of self value.

The model of Supervision I use is the Seven Eyed Model of Supervision (Hawkins and Shohet, 2012) and I can tell you more about this when we meet.

My learning style and mode of expression tends to be visual so I will regularly draw, annotate, use imagery and metaphor to expand and explore concepts. I invite my Supervisee colleagues to share with me their learning style and thoughts about how we may collaborate together.

What you can expect

Free introductory call

I am able to offer a free 20 minute introductory phone call to help us establish if this is the right supervisory relationship for us both at this time. This is a good opportunity for us to ask questions and find out what we need to know.

Our first session

I am able to offer 1-1 1/2 hour monthly in person sessions from my home office in Sandbach, Cheshire East. Our first session will be an opportunity for us to meet each other and discuss your hopes from supervision. It will be an opportunity for us to ask questions and for me to share more about my supervisory practice to hopefully help us confirm if this is the right supervisory option for you at this time.

Supervision Process

We will arrange to work at the regularity you require taking into account your current case load and needs and governing/education body requirements. I will aim to work in a way that supports you to reach your goals and we can routinely review our progress. I can be available outside of our session time to support with emergencies and the writing of reports at the usual hourly rate.
